Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing, depending on the item and whether it is ready to ship or made to order. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers in the area. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time and location. Shipping charges do not apply to pickup orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times follow Canada Post delivery standards (or those of another selected carrier). All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders are shipped with tracking whenever available. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs resulting from customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an order.
