Returns

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under certain conditions. Custom items and wholesale orders are not eligible. See below for spoon rings and jewelry.

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

  • Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase and before the item has shipped

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

If an item is returned with additional damage due to inadequate packaging, the return will be ineligible for a refund. Approved returns/refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of 5-15% of purchase price, particularly where items show signs of wear, damage, or excessive handling.

To start a return, contact us at wireddesiresjewelry@gmail.com. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Spoon Rings & Jewelry

Vintage silverware consists of a silver plating over a mixed metal alloy, typically brass or copper. Silver will naturally tarnish over time. Use a soft polishing cloth to maintain your jewelry.

Repeated exposure to hand sanitizers, soaps, lotions, perfumes, and similar products may cause reactions with natural body chemistry. Jewelry should be removed before swimming, showering, working out, sleeping, or using products. Returns cannot be accepted if damage occurs due to wear, chemical exposure, or swimming.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and advise whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less original shipping costs and applicable processing fees.

Credit Card Processing Fees

As a small handmade business, we are charged credit card processing fees on every transaction. Unfortunately, these fees are not returned to us when a refund is processed. For this reason, the original processing fee (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) will be deducted from any approved refund amount.

Please note that processing times vary by financial institution and may take up to 14-21 business days to appear on your statement.
